Hazardous & Dangerous Goods (I.A.T.A)

Certain goods are restricted for carriage in accordance with I.A.T.A regulations for hazardous and dangerous goods.

All hazardous articles require a Hazardous Declaration Form completed by the shipper. Contact us for guidance and quotations.

Proof of Deliveries (POD)

PODs are scanned immediately upon receipt and can be emailed or provided verbally on request.

We keep this process fast and efficient so you have confirmation when you need it.

Domestic Shipments

POD is generally provided verbally unless a hard copy is requested.

Hard copy PODs may require additional processing time.

International Shipments

PODs are typically provided verbally unless a hard copy is requested.

Physical PODs may take longer if they must be sourced from overseas partners.

Terms of Payment

We offer a 30‑day credit facility subject to approval and application.

Upon approval, we confirm your account number and provide all required documentation.

Packaging & Shipping Guidelines

• Use sturdy cartons and seal with strong adhesive tape.
• Remove old labels if reusing packaging and ensure correct addressing.
• Restricted air shipments must comply with I.A.T.A regulations.
• We can package restricted goods at an additional cost (billed month‑end).

International Documentation

• Document movements: generally no duties or declarations.
• Non‑document movements: Pro‑forma invoice, Commercial invoice, F178, and N.E.P may apply.
• International exports are zero‑rated for VAT.
• Duties and taxes are the consignee’s responsibility.

Additional Guidelines

• Hazardous materials must follow I.A.T.A packaging standards.
• Customs clearance and international transit times can cause delays.
• We will always inform you of known delays and work to resolve them.
